Welcome to Roots Soccer Academy, where a passion for soccer meets a nurturing learning environment! Our program is designed to ignite the love of the beautiful game in children aged 3 and above. At Roots Soccer Academy, we believe in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere that allows young players to develop their soccer skills while building confidence, teamwork, and a strong sense of sportsmanship. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to providing engaging and age-appropriate classes that cater to each child's individual needs, ensuring a fun and rewarding soccer journey for every participant. Registration
Classes meet once per week, with each session lasting seven weeks. Plus programs will have games on Saturdays (starting week 2) in addition to the weekday class.
Class Levels
Turf Tykes (Ages 3-4)
Kids and parents will take the field together as we learn to kick, pass and dribble. Our Turf Tykes will participate in exciting games and drills that will kick start their cognitive and motor skill development, build self-esteem and provide a fun and active learning environment to instill a lifelong love for the sport of soccer.
Mighty Kickers (Ages 5-6)
Mighty Kickers will gain their independence as they develop fundamental skills such as controlled dribbling, passing, shooting and receiving; as well as spatial awareness, balance and coordination. Soccer instruction also teaches valuable social skills like following directions, taking turns, sharing, and peer interaction. With active and positive instruction our Mighty Kickers will gain the self-confidence and tools to grow.

Junior Kickers (Ages 7-8)
Juniors will continue to develop techniques for dribbling, passing, shooting and receiving. Classes will apply these lessons to organized scrimmages designed to develop skills in a pressure free and developmental setting. Each class will be a platform for success to encourage students to continue towards higher levels of soccer instruction.

Senior Kickers (Ages 9-12)
Welcome to our Senior Kickers class programs, specially crafted for young soccer enthusiasts between the ages of 9 and 12! As players in this age group continue to develop their skills and understanding of the game, our goal is to provide them with a dynamic and engaging experience. The "Fast Feet" class focuses on enhancing agility, coordination, and footwork through exciting drills and games, allowing participants to become more nimble and confident on the field. In the "Striker Clinic" class, aspiring goal-scorers receive expert coaching on shooting techniques, positioning, and tactical awareness, refining their abilities to excel as top-notch strikers. Led by our experienced coaches, the Senior Kickers classes emphasize teamwork, strategic thinking, and fair play, fostering a love for soccer that will stay with these young players for a lifetime. Join us in these classes where fun meets skill-building, creating a perfect environment for our soccer stars of tomorrow to shine!
