Our youth lacrosse classes are typically available for Boys K-12th grades, Girls 3rd-12th grades. With specific grade divisions to ensure age-appropriate instruction and skill development.
Players must have their own equipment. We do have a limited supply of loaner equipment available for the occasional forgotten piece of equipment.
All skill levels are welcome! Our classes are structured to accommodate beginners through advanced players. Our experienced coaches tailor instruction to meet the needs of each participant.
Participants should wear comfortable athletic attire, including shorts, a t-shirt, reversible jersey light/dark, gear-helmet, gloves, arm pads and shoulder pads and athletic shoes or cleats. Don't forget to bring a labeled water bottle to stay hydrated during the session.
Our classes typically run for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the age group and skill level. The frequency of classes is once a week for a 7 week session.
Yes, parents and guardians are welcome to stay and watch the classes from designated viewing areas. We encourage family support and involvement in our lacrosse community.
We recommend registering as early as possible to secure a spot, as class sizes are limited. Registration deadlines, if applicable, will be communicated in advance for each session.
