The key fundamentals include blocking, passing, catching, running, and agility. Additionally, strength, speed, and conditioning are crucial aspects of football training.
No prior experience is necessary! Our youth football sessions are designed for beginners and experienced players alike. Our coaches tailor the instruction to accommodate varying skill levels and help each child progress at their own pace.
Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for running and playing on the field. Cleats or athletic shoes are recommended. Don't forget to bring a labeled water bottle to stay hydrated during the sessions.
All training sessions run for 55 minutes.
