Welcome to Roots Soccer Academy, where a passion for soccer meets a nurturing learning environment! Our program is designed to ignite the love of the beautiful game in children aged 1 and above. At Roots Soccer Academy, we believe in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere that allows young players to develop their soccer skills while building confidence, teamwork, and a strong sense of sportsmanship. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to providing engaging and age-appropriate classes that cater to each child's individual needs, ensuring a fun and rewarding soccer journey for every participant. Session Dates
- Fall 2026: September 7th - October 24th

Registration
Classes meet once per week, with each session lasting seven weeks. Plus programs will have games on Saturdays (starting week 2) in addition to the weekday class.
Class Levels
Mini Tykes & Turf Tykes (Ages 1-4)
Kids and parents will take the field together as we learn to kick, pass and dribble. Our Mini & Turf Tykes will participate in exciting games and drills that will kick start their cognitive and motor skill development, build self-esteem and provide a fun and active learning environment to instill a lifelong love for the sport of soccer.
Train + Play (ages 4-8)
30 minute training + 30 minute game!
Join us for a fun and action packed soccer experience! In our Train and Play program training develops fundamental skills such as controlled dribbling, passing, shooting and receiving; as well as spatial awareness, balance and coordination; followed by active game play to bring our skills to life!
Mighty Kickers PLUS (ages 5-6)
Mighty Kickers PLUS program includes one training per week and one game every Saturday! Mighty Kickers will gain their independence as they develop fundamental skills such as controlled dribbling, passing, shooting and receiving; as well as spatial awareness, balance and coordination. Soccer instruction also teaches valuable social skills like following directions, taking turns, sharing, and peer interaction. With active and positive instruction our Mighty Kickers will gain the self-confidence and tools to grow.
Junior Kickers PLUS (Ages 7-8)
Juniors PLUS program includes one training each week and one game every Saturday!
Juniors will continue to develop techniques for dribbling, passing, shooting and receiving. Classes will apply these lessons to organized scrimmages designed to develop skills in a pressure free and developmental setting. Each class will be a platform for success to encourage students to continue towards higher levels of soccer instruction.
